Dr. Heiko Frank

For more than 20 years he has been active in the corporate finance sector, supporting numerous family-run businesses, corporate units and family offices with company and corporate share transactions. During his 30 years of experience in the professional services sector, Dr. Heiko Frank has accumulated substantial knowledge of entrepreneurial and consulting activities. Before joining KCF, he was an executive board member at a globally renowned M&A company and board committee member at a stocklisted business consultancy. Dr. Heiko Frank graduated as a business economist (University of Augsburg).

Dr. Heiko Frank is supervisory board member in five small and medium- sized companies and he is commercial judge at the district court of Augsburg.

Dr. Heiko Frank is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Kloepfel Corporate Finance GmbH.

Andreas Widholz studied business administration at the faculty of economics (WFI) of the Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Universitas Udayana Denpasar

Katja Diepelt is Vice President of KCF. She has many years of experience in supporting national and international sales/acquisition clients. Before joining KCF, Katja Diepelt worked at a renowned M&A boutique in Munich and was primarily responsible for transaction and financing advice provided to automotive and industrial clients.

Katja Diepelt studied international business administration at the International School of Management and the London Metropolitan University and, additionally, graduated with a Masters in Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.) from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
