Armin Schöpke

Mr. Schöpke joined the Kloepfel Corporate Finance team as Vice President in July 2021. The focus of his work is on the areas of M&A, debt advisory and financial modelling.

Armin Schöpke has more than 15 years of experience in leading positions in the field of structured equity investments as well as in advising mature start-ups and established medium-sized companies with regard to M&A transactions, capital increases and debt solutions ranging from working capital to leveraged M&A. His professional background includes CoInvest Corporate Finance GmbH, DCM AG, Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH and eFonds Group.

Following his banking apprenticeship, Mr. Schöpke completed a business administration degree with a focus on banking, finance and investment at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. He also completed a part time management MBA program.
