Dr. Heiko Frank
For more than 20 years he has been active in the corporate finance sector, supporting numerous family-run businesses, corporate units and family offices with company and corporate share transactions. During his 30 years of experience in the professional services sector, Dr. Heiko Frank has accumulated substantial knowledge of entrepreneurial and consulting activities. Before joining KCF, he was an executive board member at a globally renowned M&A company and board committee member at a stock listed business consultancy. Dr. Heiko Frank graduated as a business economist (University of Augsburg).
Dr. Heiko Frank is supervisory board member in four small and medium- sized companies and he is commercial judge at the district court of Augsburg.
Dr. Heiko Frank is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Kloepfel Corporate Finance GmbH.
