Mr. v. Schilling, Kellogg MBA, has more than 20 years of experience as CFO and CEO of medium-sized companies as well as a management consultant.

As CFO/CEO he was responsible for three IPOs, including Germany’s second SPAC, as well as various capital increases and M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side.

In addition, he has led several crowdfunding transactions to success as a consultant and as a founder of several corporate financings and has been intensively involved in block-chain-based financing (STOs).
