Munich, July 2016 – The Kloepfel Group, the leading purchasing specialist for medium-sized businesses, has founded Kloepfel Corporate Finance with the help of 10 years of cross-sector SME expertise from over 500 consulting mandates. Based in Munich, Kloepfel Corporate Finance is a group of M&A specialists from one of the largest international M&A advisory groups. In addition, the company is managed on a partnership basis and operates independently of banks.
The focus of the company and the teams of experts at Kloepfel Corporate Finance lies on advising transaction projects and financing. The company’s clients include national and international companies in the mid-cap segment. The experienced team, consisting of the M&A experts Dr. Heiko Frank, Hans-Christian Vastert and Katja Diepelt, successfully manages a large number of international and national transactions.
Most recently, the team from Kloepfel Corporate Finance accompanied the sale of a manufacturer of flat ribbon cables to one of the largest automobile lighting manufacturers. The team was also able to win the recent purchase of a foreign niche supplier of industrial filters for a leading German filter manufacturer.
