Katja Diepelt is Director at Kloepfel Corporate Finance. She has several years of transaction experience in national and international sales and acquisition mandates. Before joining KCF, Katja Diepelt worked at a renowned M&A boutique in Munich and was primarily responsible for transaction and financing advice provided to automotive and industrial clients.
Katja Diepelt studied international business administration at the International School of Management and the London Metropolitan University and, additionally, graduated with a Masters in Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.) from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
