The group consists of Martin Systems GmbH, Likusta Umwelttechnik GmbH and Steinhardt GmbH, among others, and is able to offer target-oriented specialties for demanding customers worldwide. As a provider of services and products along the entire water and air treatment value chain, the Group has been very well established in the international market for decades and is characterized by sustainable growth.
Both Daniel Crawford, CEO of ABIONIK, and Matthias Weyers, member of the Executive Board and CFO of the Wilo Group, are confident about the future and look forward to cooperate and continue delivering value-added solutions to their customers.
KCF exclusively supported BID Equity as M&A advisor and was able to structure, co-negotiate and contribute to the successful closing of the sale process of ABIONIK within a limited M&A process. Besides Dr. Heiko Frank, Ms. Laura Schläger was responsible for the management of the project.
