On 1st of December Kloepfel Corporate Finance GmbH (KCF) opened its third location with its Frankfurt office: Sven-Roger von Schilling will head the new office of the international M&A and corporate finance consultancy.

KCF has chosen an economically attractive location for its new office: As a rapidly growing M&A and corporate finance boutique, it is now also located in Frankfurt. “The decision for Frankfurt was easy for us: Many private equity houses, banks, lawyers and auditors are located here, all of whom are among our close partners”, Dr. Heiko Frank, Managing Director of Kloepfel Corporate Finance, emphasizes the relevance of the Rhine-Main metropolis. “The strong Frankfurt network and the large number of medium-sized family businesses in Hesse and the neighbouring states of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate were also criteria in the choice of location,” says Dr. Frank.

The new office at Opernplatz is managed by Sven-Roger v. Schilling as a partner of KCF.

“The central location in Frankfurt convinced us from the very beginning,” explains v. Schilling. “Our office is not only easily accessible for clients and business partners – future employees also benefit from the modern office at the exclusive address and the ideal connection to the existing transport infrastructure.”

Sven-Roger v. Schilling looks back on more than 10 years as CFO and CEO of medium-sized technology companies and has extensive experience in national and international small and mid-cap M&A transactions, IPOs and other financings via the capital market. He also co-founded Germany’s second SPAC. For the last eight years, v. Schilling worked as an independent corporate finance consultant and acquired expertise in modern, digital forms of corporate finance such as crowdfundings and security token offerings. v. Schilling started his career in 1994 as a management consultant for CSC Index in Germany and the USA and then worked for several years for Lafarge Roofing as VP Corporate Development.

KCF looks optimistically into the future

“Having already grown to over 10 employees this year, we are now strengthening our market presence in particular with Sven-Roger v. Schilling and expanding our hands-on financing expertise,” says Dr. Heiko Frank. “We are very pleased that we are now located in Germany’s financial centre and close to many of our clients and business partners. We still have big plans for Kloepfel Corporate Finance and look confidently into the years 2021 and 2022”.
